Return and Exchange Policy
Duration
- The product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that it has not been used at all and is in its original condition in terms of packaging and attachments.
- Products can be returned or exchanged if they do not conform to the specifications mentioned on the website or if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
- You must ensure that you have the original invoice to prove the place and date of purchase.
- A photo of the returned or exchanged product must be sent to ensure that it is in its original condition without any defect.
- The product cannot be returned in case of defects resulting from misuse.
- Products custom made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.
Replacement or refund process
- In case of return or exchange, the product is accepted and inspected within 3 working days . This inspection is conducted by our quality department to ensure that the product complies with the exchange or return policy.
- The refund will then be transferred to the customer, minus shipping costs, if any.
Refund Policy
- The value of the product will be returned to the customer after the quality department inspects the returned product.
- Refunds are only made through bank accounts, Vodafone Cash, or InstaPay.
